What are our returns and refunds policy?

Please note, the following terms only apply to goods purchased directly through One Cool Mother. If you have purchased an item that we linked to through our site, any returns will need to be handled directly through the retailer you purchased the item from.

Changed your mind?

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, so under the following terms, you are welcome to return art work to us for replacement;

  • You will need to pay for the postage of the art work back to OCM
  • Upon receipt by OCM, the item will need to be in a condition where it is fit for re-sale
  • Proof of purchase will be required

Damaged or faulty product?

We will work as quickly as possible to provide a replacement for a faulty/damaged product, with the following terms applying;

  • Claims need to be made within 7 days from receipt of product
  • Proof of purchase required
  • A replacement won’t be provided where damage is due to mis-use or occurs once the product is in the possession of the customer

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning goods to OCM. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All clothing

Hopefully you nail your purchase decision, and we get our end right, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods we supply, simply return them in the same condition as you received them within 14 days from date of purchase, and we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.

Sale items (anything not full priced) are excluded and are only covered by the extent required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by OCM.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card/PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
